Emailed reports are also welcome. CUFOS The National Institute for Discovery Science [ NIDS ] currently inactive, has or had a UFO report form.. NIDS Reports For Missouri and surrounding states, the Missouri Investigators Group [ MIG ] has a preliminary online report form: . . . .
